Tootie is a baby girl that has pale skin. She wears a hat which appears to be similar looking to her pet and best friend, a owl. The owl hat is a mixture of the two colors pink and orange. On the hat there are blue surrounding the eyes, a small orange beak and a purple pattern on the head. There are also two small circular shaped black eyes on the hat. Tootie also wears a pink diaper.
